Job summary

Uasmart in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Program Director/Program Manager to lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives. The role requires managing multi-module implementations across Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, and EPM/PPM with strong PMO governance and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 12-15+ years in ERP programme leadership, delivery of 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, and is based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of ERP/programme management experience.
• Experience as Oracle Fusion ERP Program Director/PM.
• Delivered 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong governance, PMO, RAID, and vendor management expertise.
• Based in UAE currently.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred (Oil & Gas, Real Estate).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-module Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programmes.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation activities across Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, and EPM/PPM.
• Manage governance, RAID, Steering Committee, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Provide executive programme reporting and ensure outcomes.
