Job summary

Al Fardan Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Director - EPMO to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office strategy and ensure the delivery of strategic technology programs across the organization with disciplined governance.

You will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, risk management, cybersecurity standards, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive enterprise transformation and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience with at least 5 years in PM/Program management in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven large‑scale program management experience.
• Experience leading multi-location technology teams (onshore & offshore).
• Professional certifications PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the EPMO to oversee strategic technology programs.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies and reporting standards.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality across initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CB UAE regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with executive leadership to drive enterprise transformation.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and benefits realization at program level.
