Job summary

Context Labs is seeking a Director-level leader to drive pre-sales strategy and governance for global enterprise engagements in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on aligning sales delivery capacity with scalable deployment models and improving ROI across multi-system programs.

You will own portfolio delivery performance, risk management, and enterprise account health, partnering with product and engineering leadership to translate real-world deployments into roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk and trust.
• Experience leading multi-national enterprise programs and teams.
• Ability to define strategy, accountability and organizational structures.
