Job summary

edari is seeking a Project Manager – Business Transformation in Dubai to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and support PMO governance. The role requires hands-on project management, cross-functional coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement across shared services and operations.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in project management or enterprise transformation within large organisations, with experience delivering ERP, automation, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or enterprise transformation roles within complex organisations.
• Hands-on project delivery with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience with enterprise PMO governance, portfolio management, reporting, and stage-gate controls.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, automation platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across shared services and business functions.
• Drive hands-on project management activities including planning, tracking, governance, RAID management, reporting, and delivery follow-ups.
• Support the Enterprise PMO in managing project portfolios, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery oversight.
• Review and maintain project trackers, governance updates, and executive reporting packs across active initiatives.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on ERP, automation, and AI initiatives to drive value realization.
