Job summary

AMS is a global recruitment partner seeking a Senior Recruiter fluent in English and Arabic to manage the full end-to-end lifecycle. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers across international markets and influence recruitment decisions while delivering high-quality talent across a range of specialist and leadership roles.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with three days per week at the client office in Dubai, offering opportunities to develop within a leading talent and workforce

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Fluency in English & Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers across functions and markets to understand requirements and hiring strategies.
• Deliver recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring quality and speed.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and hiring challenges.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations for recruitment decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide progress updates.
