Job summary

AI71, a pioneering AI company, seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for our core AI-driven application. You will partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize features, run user research, and translate insights into elegant, accessible designs.

You will own wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect execution, and help shape a design culture anchored in user-centric principles and AI usability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in HCI, Design, or related field.
• Strong user-centered design understanding and ability to articulate business impact.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for the core application, including wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Influence product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate design vision to drive action.
• Facilitate workshops to translate complex user needs into actionable design solutions.
• Champion the user through research and usability testing to iterate on products.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement design specs with high fidelity.
