Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks a senior Design Expert in Dubai to lead product design tasks, AI-assisted prototyping and evaluation task creation for advanced AI systems. You will craft realistic design scenarios, reference outputs, and evaluation rubrics for senior-level designers and AI developers working asynchronously.

The contractor role emphasizes rapid experimentation, human-centered design, cross-functional collaboration, and robust design documentation. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, design leadership or AI-assisted software development is preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of shipped digital products, design systems or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience with design-led organizations, startups or product-focused teams.
• Strong practical expertise in product design and user experience decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic evaluation scenarios involving product design, UX/UI, rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Develop tasks that test how AI systems respond to ambiguous product requirements and design constraints.
• Create scenarios involving collaboration between product designers, engineers and product stakeholders.
• Build Design-track assignments using Figma, Framer and other prototyping or design-system platforms.
• Develop Vibecoding tasks involving AI-assisted software development and natural-language-to-code workflows.
• Create evaluation activities using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0 and Replit.
• Apply prompt-driven development techniques to produce realistic AI-assisted prototyping scenarios.
• Design tasks covering design systems, component libraries and reusable interface patterns.
• Create reference prototypes that demonstrate the expected quality and functionality of senior-level work.
