Bolt Insight is seeking a senior product designer to lead UX discovery, drive user-centered design, and deliver production-ready UI across web and responsive contexts. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to align design with roadmaps while advancing the design system.

The role emphasizes accessibility, visual craft, and proficiency in modern web technologies, with remote and nomadic work flexibility and opportunities to influence AI-driven interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data/analytics.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design cycle from research to high-fidelity UI.
• Proficient in Figma (variables, components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Solid UX fundamentals in information architecture and interaction design.
• High visual design craft in typography, spacing, and color.
• Working understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Rigorous approach to accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Familiarity with designing for AI-powered, dynamic interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery, research, journey mapping, and problem definition to uncover user needs
• Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and responsive contexts
• Deliver production-ready UI with high attention to visual detail and accessibility
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system to maintain platform consistency
• Partner with product managers to shape roadmap decisions from a design perspective
