Job summary

Salt in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager for AI & Enterprise Technology to lead delivery of complex solutions across GCC. This client-facing role spans requirements, design, implementation, integration, launch and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Fluent Arabic and English are essential, with prior vendor-side experience delivering enterprise software to government or large organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and enterprise technology solutions.
Manage requirements, scope, implementation, testing, deployment and handover.
Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones and technical workstreams.
Coordinate developers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, solution architects and client stakeholders.
Manage integrations with CRM, ERP, data platforms, APIs and other enterprise systems.
Own project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
Lead client meetings and provide clear updates on progress, blockers and next steps.
Support UAT, deployment, onboarding and user adoption.
Ensure alignment between the proposed solution, client expectations and technical delivery.
