Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead the growth and management of our affiliate channel. You will build partnerships across networks, publishers and content partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution and strong analytics to optimise performance, track ROI and deliver incremental value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years' experience within affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition or a related commercial marketing environment, ideally with direct responsibility for managing affiliate programmes.
• Strong practical experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms such as Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate or equivalent.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and translate insights into practical optimisation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in line with wider digital acquisition and commercial objectives. Identify opportunities to scale the channel, improve efficiency and increase revenue contribution.
• Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners including publishers, comparison sites, content partners, influencers, affiliate networks and other performance marketing partners.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners capable of delivering incremental customer acquisition and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, incentives and product launches.
• Monitor affiliate performance across key metrics including customer acquisition, sales, conversions, CPA, revenue and ROI/ROAS.
