Job summary

Emerald Zebra - Recruitment & Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing global trading platform to hire an Affiliate Manager. Based in Dubai or remote, you will own the affiliate channel end to end, recruiting new partners, managing existing ones and driving revenue through performance-based compensation.

You will negotiate CPA/RevShare/hybrid deals, monitor partner metrics, and ensure compliant promotional activities. Strong English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years in affiliate or partnership management within crypto or fintech.
• Existing network of affiliates and crypto influencers.
• Strong negotiation and a track record of growing partner revenue.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert or MyAffiliates.

Responsibilities

• Source sign and onboard new affiliates, IBs, influencers and content partners.
• Manage a portfolio of partners, growing volume, quality and retention.
• Negotiate and structure commission deals (CPA, RevShare, hybrid).
• Track partner performance, traffic quality, FTDs, conversion and LTV.
• Identify and shut down low-quality or fraudulent traffic.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance on campaigns and materials.
• Represent the brand at industry events and expos.
• Report on channel performance, forecasts and growth plans to senior management.

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing global trading platform giving traders access to crypto forex stocks indices and commodities through spot derivatives and copy trading products. As they scale into new markets they are hiring an Affiliate Manager to build and run a high-performing affiliate and partner network based in Dubai or remote.

Please note: For this role our client is only interested in interviewing candidates from the digital assets sector.

The role

You will own the affiliate channel end to end: recruiting new partners managing and growing existing ones and turning partner traffic into funded active traders. This is a commercial numbers-driven role with direct impact on revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Source sign and onboard new affiliates IBs influencers KOLs and content partners across target markets
• Manage a portfolio of existing partners growing volume quality and retention
• Negotiate and structure commission deals (CPA RevShare hybrid) that balance growth with profitability
• Track partner performance traffic quality FTDs conversion and lifetime value and act on the data
• Identify and shut down low-quality or fraudulent traffic
• Work with Marketing Product and Compliance on campaigns landing pages promo materials and marketing compliance
• Represent the brand at industry events and expos
• Report on channel performance forecasts and growth plans to senior management

What you will bring

• 3 years in affiliate or partnership management within a crypto exchange FX/CFD broker or fintech trading platform (strong iGaming affiliate backgrounds also considered)
• An existing network of affiliates IBs or crypto influencers you can activate
• Solid commercial negotiation skills and a track record of growing partner revenue
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert MyAffiliates or similar
• Strong grasp of performance metrics and comfortable working in Excel and dashboards
• Understanding of crypto and derivatives products and the compliance rules around promoting them
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic Russian Spanish or Portuguese are a strong plus
