Job summary

NodeShift AI in the UAE seeks a Senior Account Executive with deep relationships across banks, government entities, and defense to drive national adoption of our sovereign AI platform. You will own the full deal cycle from pipeline generation to close and build strategic partnerships with system integrators and ministries.

This role offers remote work or Al Maryah Office presence, competitive incentives, and the chance to influence AI governance and national digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have existing connections with senior executives at banks, government entities, or defense organizations.
• 7–12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record selling into banks, government entities, or defense.
• Existing high-trust relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, directors).
• Experience selling complex platforms (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation or enterprise software).

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Revenue: source from scratch deals and own a multi‑million USD revenue target with a scalable pipeline.
• Strategic Partnerships: expand ecosystem with UAE tech partners, SI firms, and national initiatives.
• Thought Leadership & Advocacy: position NodeShift AI as UAE’s premier sovereign AI platform through workshops and industry events.
