Job summary

Mistral is seeking an Account Executive Enterprise in Dubai to drive adoption with our largest Public Sector customers. You will lead deals end-to-end from initial outreach to closing, coordinating with implementation, tech, and legal teams.

You will cultivate relationships with C-level executives, translate customer needs into scalable AI solutions, and enable successful POC to contract transitions within a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience in the public sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, CS, or related field.
• Experience with AI/advanced data infrastructure is preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deals from outreach to closure with public sector clients.
• Align cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, product) for complex contracts.
• Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Drive POC support and translate outcomes into long‑term revenue.
