Job summary

United AlSaqer Group is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, translating vision into actionable programs across IT, HR and Finance. You will drive a scalable AI roadmap, coordinate with subsidiaries and groups for alignment, governance, and value realization.

The role requires strong leadership, ROI ownership, and collaboration with data scientists, IT, security, and business owners to deliver measurable business impact in a UAE context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years in technology or digital transformation, with at least 3 years leading AI initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing AI/ML or data analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the group-wide AI strategy and phased implementation roadmap.
• Oversee execution of AI projects from inception to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Define adoption KPIs and publish a monthly leadership dashboard; drive AI adoption across departments.
• Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring data privacy, ethics, and UAE compliance.
• Coordinate vendor management, evaluate new AI tools, and manage SLAs with partners.
