Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Finance PMO specialist to consolidate MOR and DRM decks, KPI scorecards, and governance packs into board-ready formats. You will coordinate calendars across divisions, capture meeting minutes, and drive actions to closure with divisional CFOs and tower heads.

You will build consolidated trackers, track completion rates, and support pre/post-closure reporting, including BRD, CBA milestones and data-driven insights using Power BI, Tableau and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 4+ years in Finance Shared Services, PMO/coordination, or Audit.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; proficient in Power BI/Tableau; ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong governance, end-to-end process understanding and reporting cadences.

Aufgaben

• Prepare MOR and DRM decks with KPI scorecards for Board-ready updates.
• Capture meeting minutes and circulate actions aligned with CFOs and tower heads.
• Coordinate governance calendar and track action closures with owners.
• Maintain consolidated trackers with owners, due dates, and RAG statuses.
• Support MOR/DRM packs and BRD/CBA tracking with data-driven insights.
