Qualifications

• Ability to understand business requirements, project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits.
• Solid understanding of banking technology, regulatory expectations, and internal controls.
• Experience in PMO governance, reporting, and documentation within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance, tracking, and reporting of the IT project portfolio.
• Prepare portfolio dashboards and highlight risks, dependencies, and benefits.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management within approved governance.
