The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA, with 3–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting, or Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting, or Audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, governance frameworks, and real estate operations.
• Proven track record of leading finance initiatives with automation or AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review trial balances, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual finance close processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within finance processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Collaborate on finance transformation and system enhancement projects.
