Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow valued client relationships within a dynamic staffing, recruitment, and HR outsourcing environment in the UAE. You will manage key accounts, translate client needs into delivery plans, and partner with delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in account management or business development in B2B services, with strong negotiation, CRM and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years experience in account management, client services or business development ideally within staffing, recruitment, HR outsourcing or professional services.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high client satisfaction in a B2B services environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen: contracting, pricing models, service-delivery frameworks and P&L sensitivity.
  • Good understanding of UAE/GCC labour markets, outsourcing models (contract staffing, PEO/EOR), visa/immigration compliance and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; ability to engage with senior executives and manage C-Level relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to interpret service/delivery metrics and build actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for key clients: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, understand their business objectives and staffing/HR outsourcing needs.
  • Develop account plans for each assigned client: identify growth opportunities (contract staffing, permanent recruitment, payroll/PEO, HR outsourcing), set objectives and align services to meet client goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients; ensure commercial terms deliver value for both client and organisation.
  • Partner with internal teams (services delivery, recruitment, payroll, onboarding, compliance) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of workforce solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client health: track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention, service KPIs), analyse trends, and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Manage issue escalation, resolution and risk: proactively identify potential client service challenges, work with operations to resolve and report status to senior leadership.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients: on talent market trends, regulatory changes (labour law, visa/immigration, Saudisation/Emiratization), outsourcing best practices and cost-optimisation strategies.
  • Drive business development within existing accounts: cross-sell and upsell services, coordinate with business development teams to expand footprint and achieve revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, business reviews and strategic updates to senior stakeholders, including custom reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and account management tools; ensure pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and territory planning.
