Finera is hiring an Account Executive to drive new revenue growth across the payments ecosystem. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, negotiating pricing and terms with merchants, PSPs and fintech partners.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, regional market knowledge, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers. Travel regionally and internationally is expected in this client-facing position.

Formación

• 4–7 years' experience in business development, partner management, channel sales or a related role, ideally in fintech or payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven track record in a new-business (hunter) role, consistently winning new logos.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Sound understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, PSPs, open banking, APMs, cross-border) and its regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target and close new business across merchants, PSPs and fintech partners.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle and pipeline, from lead generation to closure, with accurate CRM data and forecasting.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract agreements.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Finera's payment orchestration solutions, working with Product, Marketing, Compliance and Operations.
• Represent Finera at industry events and deliver compelling proposals, pitches and RFP responses.
