Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the front-line security team and manage daily security operations within a luxury property in the UAE. The role emphasizes risk detection, incident reporting, and staff safety.

You will monitor CCTV and access control, coordinate with other departments, and guide emergency responses and training to maintain the highest security standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of security experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hospitality or luxury sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the security team, ensuring trained personnel and high standards.
• Oversee daily security operations: CCTV, access control, alarms and safety measures.
• Respond to incidents, document reports, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols for risk detection.
• Maintain visible guest and staff safety presence and provide assistance as needed.
• Lead emergency responses during evacuations and drills with protocol adherence.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop security staff capabilities.
• Maintain incident logs and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and front desk to secure all areas.
• Ensure security systems are functioning and report malfunctions for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with security laws, policies and best practices.
