SO/ Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to supervise the security staff, manage investigations, and oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure guest and staff safety.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis management and reporting skills, with a focus on high-end hospitality standards and collaboration with all hotel departments.

Formación

• 3-5 years of security experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Hospitality or luxury industry experience preferred
• Proven leadership and report-writing abilities
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and alarm systems
• Excellent communication, problem solving and crisis management
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergencies

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the security team to high performance
• Oversee daily security operations and safety protocols
• Respond to incidents, conduct investigations and document reports
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; perform routine patrols
• Maintain presence to ensure guest and staff safety
• Lead emergency response during evacuations and drills
• Provide training on procedures and safety practices
• Maintain incident logs and prepare management reports
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and front desk
• Ensure security systems are maintained and compliant with policies
