Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of Accor, seeks a proactive Security Supervisor to lead and supervise the security team while ensuring the safety of guests and staff. You will manage daily security operations, monitor surveillance systems, and respond swiftly to incidents with thorough reporting.

You will oversee emergency drills, train staff, and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to keep all areas secure while upholding local regulations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or luxury.
• Leadership experience in managing a security team with high performance and protocol adherence.
• Crisis management ability to lead during emergencies with professionalism and calm.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the security team to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee daily security operations, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances; investigate and document incidents; prepare reports.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Maintain guest and staff safety with a visible property presence and provide guidance as needed.
• Lead emergency response during evacuations and drills, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide on-the-job training to security personnel on procedures and best practices.
• Maintain logs of incidents and accidents; prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to secure all areas, including high-risk zones.
