Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; security management qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years in security with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a security team with high performance.
• Crisis management: handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Security systems: strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms.
• Communication: clear written and verbal reporting to teams and guests.
• Attention to detail: detect security risks and follow up on concerns.
• Problem-solving: quick decision-making in security incidents.
• Physical stamina: ready for patrols and active response.
• Customer service: professional, courteous guest interactions.
• Technology: proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise and lead the security team to high standards.
• Security Operations: manage daily surveillance, access control, alarms.
• Incident Management: respond, document, and follow up on incidents.
• Monitoring & Surveillance: oversee CCTV and patrol activities.
• Guest and Staff Safety: maintain visible security and assist guests.
• Emergency Response: lead evacuations and drills per safety protocols.
• Training & Development: train staff on procedures and best practices.
• Incident Reporting: maintain logs and regular management reports.
• Collaboration with Departments: coordinate with housekeeping and front desk.
• Security Systems Maintenance: ensure systems function and report malfunctions.
