Job summary

SO/ in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the on-site security team and ensure the safety of guests and staff. The role requires proactive supervision, adherence to procedures, and a strong presence across the property.

The successful candidate will manage CCTV and access control, oversee routine patrols, and coordinate with housekeeping, front desk and maintenance to secure high-risk areas and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in security with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hospitality or luxury industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead during emergencies with calm and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and proactive reporting of incidents.
• Physical stamina to patrol large areas and respond to issues.
