Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the on-site security team in a luxury hospitality setting. You will oversee surveillance systems, access control, and alarm operations to ensure guest and staff safety. Strong leadership and incident response skills are essential.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, lead emergency drills, and report incidents with meticulous logs and regular updates to management. Hospitality experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in security with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hospitality or luxury industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and crisis management abilities.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security team and ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily security operations, surveillance, access control and alarms.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances and document actions.
• Monitor CCTV, patrols and maintain guest and staff safety.
• Lead emergency response during evacuations and drills; provide guidance.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for security staff.
• Maintain incident logs and generate regular management reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to ensure security.
• Ensure security systems are functioning and report malfunctions.
