A&R Services l l c is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations across multiple sites in Dubai. You will coordinate with hotel management, clients, supervisors, and security teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations and timely staff deployments.

The role requires proven leadership with the ability to manage large teams, schedule shifts, and resolve operational issues under pressure, while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within security services or hospitality.
• Strong experience overseeing security guard operations and hotel operations is preferred.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple client sites.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, duty scheduling, security procedures and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily security operations across multiple sites and client locations.
• Coordinate with hotel management, clients, supervisors, and security personnel for smooth operations.
• Handle deployments, rosters, attendance, shift schedules, and replacements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and hotel standards.
