Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in security operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and leading large security teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and operational best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
• Develop and manage duty rosters, deployment plans and staff allocations.
• Conduct security inspections, audits and site assessments for compliance.
• Monitor Security Officers and provide supervision and support.
• Coordinate with emergency services and stakeholders when required.
• Respond promptly to incidents and prepare detailed reports.
