Job summary

A&R Services l l c is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations across multiple sites in Dubai. You will coordinate with hotel management, clients, supervisors, and security teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations and timely staff deployments.

The role requires proven leadership with the ability to manage large teams, schedule shifts, and resolve operational issues under pressure, while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within security services or hospitality.
• Strong experience overseeing security guard operations and hotel operations is preferred.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple client sites.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, duty scheduling, security procedures and client coordination.

Manage and supervise daily security operations across multiple sites and client locations Coordinate with hotel management clients supervisors and security personnel to ensure smooth operations Manage security guard deployment duty rosters attendance shift schedules and staff replacements Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures and client requirements Handle client complaints operational issues incidents and emergency situations professionally Monitor staff performance discipline grooming punctuality and professional conduct Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment manpower requirements staff deployment and training Ensure sufficient manpower availability and arrange immediate replacements when required Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports for management Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with applicable UAE security regulations and relevant hotel security standards.
