Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6-10 years experience in a similar security management role.
• Proven experience supervising large security teams.
• Strong understanding of UAE security industry standards and operational procedures.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
• Professional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Preferred Certifications: SIRA Security Manager Certification, First Aid Certification, Fire Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Operations Manager in achieving departmental objectives and operational targets.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of security personnel across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports and escalation plans.
• Plan and manage staff deployment, duty rosters, relievers and replacements.
• Carry out site surveys, operational audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor staff welfare and ensure facilities are provided at sites.
• Lead, motivate and mentor security personnel and conduct appraisals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and review service performance with clients.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and coordinate leave planning.
• Coordinate SIRA licensing and renewal requirements for personnel.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.
