Job summary

Falcon Shield Security Services LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will oversee duty rosters, site inspections, risk assessments, incident management, and KPI/SLA delivery, while building strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of security management experience, a relevant degree, UAE SIRA

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Security Operations Manager to lead and oversee security operations across a diverse portfolio of client sites including hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of security services across multiple locations, maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning and the ability to manage large teams while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Working closely with Security Supervisors, Security Officers, property management teams and facilities personnel, the Security Operations Manager will drive operational performance, implement best practices, oversee incident management and ensure all assigned sites operate safely, securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead and manage security operations across multiple client sites ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency service quality and overall performance. Oversee duty rosters workforce planning staff deployment and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections operational audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all assigned sites.

Leadership amp People Management

• Lead, mentor and develop Security Supervisors and Security Officers. Conduct performance reviews coaching sessions and succession planning to support employee development. Foster a culture of professionalism accountability collaboration and continuous improvement. Support recruitment onboarding training and employee retention initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients property management teams and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings to review operational performance and address service requirements. Ensure contractual Key Performance Indicators KPIs and Service Level Agreements SLAs are consistently achieved. Resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

Incident amp Risk Management

• Provide leadership during security incidents and emergency situations. Oversee investigations into security incidents and ensure accurate reporting and corrective actions. Monitor CCTV access control systems and other security technologies to support effective risk management. Coordinate with emergency services and relevant authorities when required. Ensure emergency response plans are regularly reviewed and effectively implemented.

Compliance amp Administration

• Ensure full compliance with UAE security regulations SIRA requirements company policies and client procedures. Prepare and present operational reports performance analyses and management updates. Monitor compliance with health safety and security standards across all assigned sites. Manage operational budgets resources and documentation where required. Promote continuous improvement through regular reviews of policies procedures and operational practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Security Management Criminology or a related discipline. Minimum 8 10 years experience in security management including leadership of multi-site operations. Proven experience managing multiple sites and leading large security teams. Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and operational best practices. Excellent leadership communication negotiation and report‑writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

• Valid UAE driving licence. Valid SIRA certification.
