Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sea export sales as a freight forwarder.
• Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s license with a car.

Responsibilities

• Drive sea export sales by identifying and pursuing opportunities with clients that have steady recurring shipping volumes.
• Leverage your existing relationships with established traders manufacturers and key decision-makers to grow Cargo Line's client base.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles independently from lead generation to closing ensuring alignment with clients long-term logistics needs.
• Assess and recommend optimal shipping lines and routing options based on client profiles cargo type and trade lanes using the pricing team for support as needed.
• Maintain a pulse on market trends carrier movements and customer shifts to stay ahead of the competition.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach prioritizing service reliability cost efficiency and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations pricing and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
