Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced school leader to drive overall school improvement and curriculum leadership. You will work with the Principal to uphold academic and pastoral standards and to develop staff, while guiding day-to-day operations.

The role requires extensive teaching and leadership experience, a strong command of English, and familiarity with ADEK regulations and international curricula (GCSE/A-Levels).

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or equivalent CPD qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels.
• Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, policies, and compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Master's Degree, Teaching License, and Teaching Diploma.
• IELTS certification.
