Qualifications

• BA in Education or BA Degree with a relevant teaching qualification is essential
• Master s in Education or Education Leadership or NPQH or similar professional qualification
• Clear and proactive English communication, both written and oral
• Attention to detail with diligent follow up and timely execution
• Ability to analyse information systematically to inform decisions
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding and DBS/police checks

Responsibilities

• Formulate overall aims and objectives for the school and implement policies
• Create an ethos and provide educational vision securing teaching and learning
• Secure commitment of parents and community to the vision with a strategic plan
• Monitor evaluate and review policy effects and take action when necessary
• Ensure management and administration support the school vision and aims
• Develop and implement evidence-based improvement plans and policies
• Encourage creativity and new technologies to achieve excellence
• Monitor and review outcomes to improve school performance
• Lead teaching and learning with data-driven progress monitoring
• Manage and develop staff performance and induction within the UAE
