Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive English department leader to oversee the development and delivery of the English curriculum for all secondary levels.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of teaching, managing the English and Literature staff, and driving student progress while fostering a passion for language and literature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• At least 4 years of teaching experience in an international or British curriculum setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK National Curriculum requirements for Secondary Education.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams or departments.
• Competence in using educational technology tools.
• Excellent communication and student engagement skills.
