You will work with the Principal to drive school-wide improvement, uphold high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture that supports every student to reach their full potential.

You will lead curriculum development, staff professional growth, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining compliance with ADEK regulations and policies in a dynamic, multicultural context.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or NPQSL or equivalent.
• Master's degree in education with teaching license/diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead school-wide improvement initiatives alongside the Principal.
• Oversee curriculum leadership, staff development, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adherence to ADEK regulations and policies.
• Use data analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
