Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Educational Leader to head the Secondary school (Grades 6-12) within an American curriculum framework.

You will oversee curriculum development, instruction, assessment aligned with CCSS, supervise staff, analyze data, ensure ADEK compliance, and partner with families to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant academic subject.
• 7+ years of full-time teaching in an American curriculum school (Grades 6-12).
• Minimum of 4 years of proven leadership experience in an American curriculum setting.
• Valid and current Professional Teaching License/Certification from a recognized US state or equivalent North American authority.
• Expert-level understanding of American Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
• Proficiency in educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to obtain and maintain ADEK approval as an Educational Leader.
