Job summary

K20s - Kinetic Technologies Private Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver on-site and remote support across school sites, covering end-user devices, classroom technology, servers and network infrastructure. You will maintain documentation and help desk tickets with accuracy, escalating to Tier 2/3 as needed.

The role requires AD, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and M365 proficiency, with a focus on classroom technology, lab readiness and asset management across multi-site

Qualifications

• Requires IT/CS degree or equivalent
• Experience with school/education IT estate is a plus
• ITIL Foundation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for end-user devices, classroom technology, printers and peripherals at assigned site(s).
• Perform server room checks and monitor UPS, backups and equipment health.
• Administer Windows Server tasks and engage with central L2/L3 teams as needed.
• Carry out Active Directory tasks and basic GPO troubleshooting.
• Image and deploy end-user devices and coordinate provisioning.
• Deliver on-site network support including wiring, switching and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 end users (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Maintain asset records, CMDB entries and site documentation.
• Log and close all work in the ITSM tool with proper categorisation.
