Job summary

Buccellati is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the Gemini programme in our Dubai boutiques. The role sits at the crossroads of technology, retail operations, and change management, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure readiness ahead of go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP rollouts, ERP, POS, or retail system implementations is desirable.
• Background in Project Management, Business Transformation, or Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end deployment support for the Gemini programme in Dubai boutiques, from preparation through hypercare.
• Coordinate market readiness activities ensuring boutiques meet operational prerequisites before go-live.
• Collaborate with IT, Retail Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, and local markets to drive implementation.
• Ensure business processes align with Group templates and escalate local gaps or Maison-specific requirements.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution and transparent reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate business validation and defect tracking.
• Assist in change management to drive user adoption across boutique teams.
• Coordinate training and facilitate new operating procedures and digital solutions.
• Monitor post go-live performance and coordinate continuous improvement.
