Job summary

BVLGARI in Dubai seeks a Boutique Operations Coordinator to uphold consistency and excellence across all boutiques, applying central guidelines and delivering prompt operational and administrative support to the local retail network.

You will drive efficiency through improved processes, partner with IT, Finance, Marketing, Security, Sales, Training, Logistics and HR, and help implement new tools like SM Dashboard while coordinating with central teams and store managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and boutique management.
• Ability to streamline processes and collaborate with multiple functions.
• Strong communication with store managers and central teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve store operational efficiency through enhanced processes, tools and programs.
• Map repetitive back-office activities, define ownership and simplify local reporting.
• Adapt and implement central retail guidelines and in-store projects.
• Support new tools and applications in-store, coordinate adoption and gather feedback.
• Act as liaison between Store Managers and central/local departments.
• Support network development, store openings and renovations with cross-functional teams.
