Job summary

Buccellati is a historic Italian jewellery maison seeking a seasoned channel sales leader in Dubai to drive direct, online and retail sales. You will develop channel strategies, identify opportunities, set targets, and manage partner relationships with a focus on high standards of service and results.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent, extensive experience, and supervision of junior staff, with an emphasis on training, CRM stewardship, and industry best practices within a luxury

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education is required.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle most situations and advise others.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel (direct, online, or retail).
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and set sales targets.
• Manage relationships with channel partners and negotiate contracts.
• Provide training and support to partners to enable effective selling.
• Oversee CRM implementation and data quality within area of responsibility.
• Develop product education courses and stay updated on external regulations and best practices.
