Job summary

Buccellati, Italian jewellery house, is launching a 12-month fixed-term Project Coordinator role in Dubai as part of the Gemini programme. You will support the SAP-based platform rollout across Buccellati boutiques, coordinating readiness, training, and change management to ensure a smooth go-live in a luxury retail environment.

The role sits at the intersection of technology and retail operations, requiring cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, supply chain, and local markets.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Business Transformation, Retail Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Familiarity with luxury retail or omnichannel environments is a plus.
• Experience within a luxury Maison or high-end boutique environment welcomed.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end deployment support for the Gemini programme across Dubai boutiques, from preparation through to hypercare.
• Coordination of market readiness activities, ensuring boutiques meet all operational prerequisites before go-live.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams across IT, Retail Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, and local markets to drive successful implementation within the Maison.
• Ensuring business processes are aligned with the Group template, identifying and escalating local gaps or Maison-specific requirements.
• Tracking of project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, with timely resolution and transparent reporting.
• Support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with Buccellati boutiques, including business validation and defect tracking.
• Change management support to drive user adoption across all boutique teams.
• Coordination of training activities with boutiques and facilitation of new operating procedures and digital solutions.
• Monitoring of post go-live performance, collecting business feedback and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives specific to Buccellati's operational needs.
