Buccellati, Italian jewellery house, is launching a 12-month fixed-term Project Coordinator role in Dubai as part of the Gemini programme. You will support the SAP-based platform rollout across Buccellati boutiques, coordinating readiness, training, and change management to ensure a smooth go-live in a luxury retail environment.

The role sits at the intersection of technology and retail operations, requiring cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, supply chain, and local markets.

Competenze

• Background in Project Management, Business Transformation, Retail Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Familiarity with luxury retail or omnichannel environments is a plus.
• Experience within a luxury Maison or high-end boutique environment welcomed.

About the Roles

Buccellati is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a key role in our retail transformation programme starting within the Maison.

As part of the Gemini programme, Buccellati is rolling out a new SAP-based platform across our boutiques in Dubai — transforming the way our retail teams operate, serve clients, and manage day-to-day business. This is a hands‑on coordination role sitting at the intersection of technology, retail operations, and change management, working alongside cross‑functional teams to ensure every Buccellati boutique is ready, equipped, and confident ahead of go‑live.

Based in Dubai, you will be embedded within the Buccellati programme team for a fixed term of 12 months, supporting deployment from initial preparation through to hypercare and stabilisation.

What You Will Own
