Job summary

Al Futtaim Technologies LLC is seeking an MIS Supervisor to provide frontline systems support for Aftersales. You will ensure up-to-date master data, optimize processes, and manage SAP backend tables for seamless system integration and revenue enhancement.

Responsibilities include resolving issues within 48 hours, coordinating with Aftersales, Finance and EIT, and supporting campaigns and data quality checks to maintain accurate pricing and WIP data.

Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
5 years of experience in a relevant position.
Background in Pricing Analyst/Assistant roles is mandatory.
Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Assist service staff by answering queries and resolving system issues within 48 hours.
Liaise with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to resolve issues efficiently.
Create and resolve issues related to PDI Packages and align with menu pricing.
Prepare and manage the system for DIO accessories via package creation and extension.
Support campaign rollouts by ensuring package upload and system management.
Upload Service Advisor shifts and technicians schedules for booking and time clocking.
Resolve WIP, discount issues, and maintain accuracy in system operations.
