Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Drive and implement change initiatives using SAP and other technologies.
• Train and support managers in using SAP for performance improvement.
• Identify best practices in service workshops and standardise implementations.
• Maintain SAP Master Data for data accuracy and consistency.
• Calculate service staff incentives and commissions.
