Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks an MIS Supervisor to deliver frontline systems support and drive master data integrity across the Aftersales function. The role involves SAP issue resolution, package maintenance, and guidance to branches on data quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate with Finance and EIT, manage schedules, and support campaign rollouts while ensuring WIP resolution and data accuracy in reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and IS Auto module.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline systems support and solutions for smooth operations.
• Maintain up-to-date master data and review processes for efficiency.
• Resolve SAP issues and maintain PDI packages in Aftersales.
• Handle branch queries within 48 hours and liaise with Finance and EIT.
