Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage SAP data entry, document control, and administrative workflows across projects and operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure data integrity.

You will maintain ERP records, audits SAP entries, generate management reports, control document versions, support submissions, and help ensure ISO/document control compliance,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Proficiency in SAP data entry, record management, and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with document control, filing systems, and document management procedures.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in SAP.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams for data flow.
• Monitor data integrity and audit SAP entries.
• Generate SAP reports for management and project teams.
• Manage project and operational documents and ensure version control.
• Track document status and maintain logs and registers.
• Distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support engineers and project managers with document submissions.
