Job summary

ACC Group in the UAE is seeking a QA/QC Document Control & Data Entry Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of quality documents. You will support the QA/QC team in tracking, reporting, and organizing project documentation to meet ITPs, procedures, and client standards.

The role involves entering data from IRs, RFIs, MIRs, MARs, WIRs, and Test Reports into ERP, DMS, or Excel logs, and maintaining welding data and NDT records per ITPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data entry, document control, or QA/QC support within construction or oil & gas projects.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents such as IRs, RFIs, MIRs, MARs, WIRs, and Test Reports into ERP, DMS, or Excel logs.
• Maintain and update welding data, weld maps, welder logs, and NDT reports per ITPs.
• Support QA/QC in updating punch lists, equipment logs, and calibration records.
• Scan, organize, and upload QA/QC documents with proper naming and version control.
• Assist in preparing quality dossiers, weekly reports, and dashboard summaries.
• Track transmittals and maintain logs of submissions, approvals, and responses.
• Perform backups and generate periodic QA/QC/Construction reports.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and Word; familiar with SharePoint.
