Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE in Dubai seeks an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage accurate order entry in SAP, record BOQs, and define delivery dates. The role also supports sales with payment follow-ups and claims handling, coordinating with planning, production and shipping for timely deliveries.

You will contribute to MEA region reporting and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order progression.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into SAP and capture BOQ details.

• Provide weekly MEA level reporting and stakeholder updates.
