Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s freight forwarding and NVOCC services. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates and terms, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

• Candidates should possess strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess customer relationship management skills, including client communication, account management, and follow-up.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or NVOCC operations, or demonstrate the ability to learn industry concepts quickly.

• Relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or international trade sales is highly beneficial.
