Position Overview: 3 months contractual role. Provides strategic guidance and expertise to clients, whilst overseeing the project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, automation, journey builder, and data management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Develop and execute data-driven segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities for personalized and relevant communication.
• Experience with building strategies for end customers to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization, maximizing ROI and customer engagement.

Requirements
